Tom Dickson, managing director: Tom was appointed last year, bringing two years of diverse experience within Barenbrug across commercial, technical, and research to the role. 

Since joining in 2012, Tom has held pivotal positions, including head of research and innovation, and head of sales and customer operations, with marketing added to his responsibilities. 

Tom’s extensive expertise, innovative mindset, and passion for the industry make him an exceptional choice to lead Barenbrug Australia into the future.

Andrew Dickmann, head of sales and marketing: Andrew steps into this role with a strong agricultural background, alongside excellent interpersonal skills and a people- first approach. In this position, he will spearhead the company’s sales and marketing strategies, collaborating with teams to strengthen the Barenbrug brand and foster deeper relationships with customers.

Rod Valencia, chief financial officer: Rod joins Barenbrug as CFO offering significant expertise in senior finance roles with both interdisciplinary and international experience. A collaborative and people-focused leader, Rod is highly skilled at building partnerships across the business and driving financial excellence.
