DLF Seeds Australia has announced a restructure of its operations, involving promotions from within, and a new face to aid the company’s expansion.

Headlining these changes is Jason Agars who was recently appointed as the new DLF Seeds Australia general manager, having been elevated from the role of national sales and marketing manager.

Brad Byrnes was appointed as DLF’s new national sales and marketing manager in May 2023, having previously led the DLF Seeds Southern sales team as the regional sales manager.

DLF Seeds Australia is also excited to welcome its new Northern Region Sales Manager, Brent Scott.

With a strong background in the northern seed industry, inclusive of commercial, technical and production experience, Mr Scot comes to DLF Seeds with over 20 years of solid leadership and commercial understanding from across both the supply and demand channels of Australian agriculture.

He has held roles in agronomic consultancy, corporate farm management, product and portfolio management, sales, marketing, production and operations.

Mr Scott has a broad range of experience within the seed industry, including pastures, forage, row crop and broadacre cropping, seed-applied technologies, stewardship and quality assurance. He has been heavily involved in industry organisations, including the Australian Seed Federation, being the chairman of the northern region branch.

DLF Seeds Australia also welcomes its new southern region sales manager, Bradley Power. Mr Power has recently taken over from Brad Byrnes who is now DLF Seeds national sales and marketing manager.

With a strong and extensive agricultural background across animal health, agchems and other agricultural product supply companies, Mr Power comes to DLF Seeds with a deep understanding of the market and distribution channels.
