Bill Webb has joined Nufarm as the senior field R&D specialist. Bill is based out of Southern NSW, working from his family farm at Kingsvale, near Young.
Having started his agronomy career as a graduate with Elders 14 years ago, Bill then moved across to AGnVET where he has been in a senior agronomy role out of Grenfell since 2017. Bill has also recently been a part of AGnVET's RD&E team and was involved in one of the commercial-scale trials Nufarm did with customers last year for the upcoming pre-harvest registration in wheat for Terrad'or.
Bill is well respected by his clients, colleagues and Nufarm’s Southern NSW team, including Mitch Allen, who will soon be handing over his trial gear to Bill following his promotion to national commercial technical lead – crop protection last year.

Abdul Rehman has taken on the role of field R&D specialist (Green-on-Green), QLD. This role supports the Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) funded Green-on-Green project. Abdul came to Nufarm with several years’ experience conducting broadacre crop protection trials for contract research organisations in South Australia and Queensland. With the project operations now expanding into the northern region, Abdul is undertaking field trials to assist in the validation and development of the Green-on-Green technology.

Chelsea Dawson is taking on the role of business development manager southeast/Mallee South Australia – crop protection, while Clare Moore takes parental leave. Chelsea has taken on the role in conjunction with her customer service duties. Over the 12-month interim role she will support key accounts within this South Australian region and engage with key channel staff including agronomists and procurement managers to continue the development of key priority products for the region.

Martin Murray has commenced as business development manager, Liverpool Plains and NE NSW – crop protection. Martin brings a wealth of experience from all sides of agriculture. Starting in agronomy after graduating from UNE, he worked with the team at AMPS as an agronomist based on the Liverpool Plains before moving to Armatree.
In 2020, Martin and his wife bought a small farm at Delungra and relocated to Inverell where he started as territory manager for Growth Ag. In 2023, Martin decided to double down on farming and went spray contracting for 18 months before joining Nufarm. Martin’s strong passion for ag extends to his involvement in the NFF Young Farmers Council as a representative of NSW and he attended the Global Forum for Food and Agriculture in Berlin.

Niamh Walsh has joined Nufarm’s WA team as the new business development manager, central wheatbelt – crop protection. Niamh grew up in Perth before taking time off after high school to travel and live overseas. Throughout her time abroad she developed a passion for environmental sustainability and food security, which led her to complete a Bachelor of Agribusiness at Curtin University.
Since graduating, Niamh worked as a field operations engineer at the Green-on-Green application technology business, Bilberry. Here, Niamh was able to apply her passion for innovative and sustainable agriculture, carrying out trials and testing new algorithms for commercial release. The job included extensive farmer interaction and collaboration, and those skills will serve her well at Nufarm.
