Nutrien Ag Solutions has won the Industry Disruptor Award at the 2025 SAP Best Tech Awards, recognising how its digital retail transformation has simplified processes, boosted productivity and enhanced customer experience.
Beating out more than 100 industry heavyweights – including Coles, Lion, T&G Global and Transport NSW – Nutrien Ag Solutions was celebrated for its retail operations with targeted solutions and an innovative mobile strategy which empowers its network of more than 700 locations across Australia.

Through the rollout of SAP Fiori on SAP business technology platform (BTP) and the Mobile Start app, Nutrien has delivered real change across branches:

“From a branch perspective, Fiori has been the best technology development in recent memory. Processes which once took numerous steps and several minutes are now completed in seconds, giving staff more time back to focus on clients,” he adds.
The success of the Australian implementation has drawn international attention, with Nutrien’s North American Retail team now adopting elements of the program.
