VICCHEM has named Adrian Carter as its new Northern Victoria, Goldfields and Wimmera Territory Manager.
With a strong background in broadacre agronomy, market development and grower engagement, Adrian brings hands-on experience and a deep understanding of local farming systems.
He has worked closely with farmers, agronomists and key accounts across southern Australia, developing a reputation for being straightforward, knowledgeable and focused on helping farmers get the best results from their land.
Adrian is passionate about supporting Australian farmers, rural retailers and agronomists with practical solutions backed by field trials, technical know-how and a commitment to long-term partnerships.
In his new role, Adrian will work directly with rural retailers, agronomists, and farmers across western Victoria to build knowledge of VICCHEM’s extensive agri-chemical product range and help tailor programs to meet the specific challenges of the region.
“I’m excited to be on board with VICCHEM and looking forward to getting out in the field, working closely with our retail partners, agronomists and farmers,” Adrian says. “Helping our customers find the right solutions and seeing real results on-farm is what drives me.”
VICCHEM National Agriculture Sales Manager Michael Ladewig said the team is thrilled to have Adrian join.
“His knowledge of the western and northern Victorian markets, hands-on agronomy experience and passion for supporting our customers align perfectly with our commitment to delivering practical, science-backed solutions,” Michael says.
“Adrian will be a great asset to our team, our partners, and the Australian farmers and growers we support.”
