Elanco Animal Health has announced key leadership appointments it says will strengthen its commitment to customers and partners in the Pacific rim region.
Hendrik Vander Walth has been appointed international ruminants and sustainability leader and Lance Williams is the new Pacific rim regional leader.

Hendrik was formerly ANZ general manager before stepping up to the newly-created role.
He will spearhead the strategic direction and execution of Elanco’s ruminant business and sustainability initiatives across key international markets. Based in Australia, Hendrik will continue to foster strong collaboration across all Elanco teams to ensure seamless service and innovative solutions for our customers.

Lance joined Elanco from Zoetis, where he served as senior vice-president ANZ, bringing a wealth of experience and a distinguished track record in the animal health industry.
With his extensive expertise and strong industry relationships, Lance is perfectly positioned to lead the company’s Pacific rim operations.
His leadership will be instrumental in strengthening business partnerships, understanding the evolving needs of customers, and ensuring Elanco continues to deliver cutting-edge solutions in this dynamic region.
In a joint statement, Elanco international executive vice-president Ramiro Cabral and international farm animal vice-president Larbi Van Lier said these strategic leadership appointments underscore the company’s dedication to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions.
“By strengthening our leadership team, we are better equipped to enhance customer focus, drive innovation, strengthen our partnerships and reinforce our commitment to a sustainable future for animal health and agriculture,” they said.
“These new appointments within our international commercial leadership teams mark an exciting chapter for Elanco in the Pacific rim.”
“We are confident Hendrik and Lance’s leadership will be instrumental in achieving our strategic objectives and delivering exceptional value to our customers in the Pacific rim region and beyond.”
